• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform.

• To operate and maintain the CareLink marketplace platform
• To facilitate connections between care receivers and caregivers through our agency-mediated system

CareLink does not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary:

• With the Agency: All profile and message data is visible to CareLink administrators for operational purposes.
• Public Profiles: Caregiver profile information (name, location, rate, skills, bio) is publicly visible on the platform. Contact information is never shared publicly.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics that process data on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
